Trinity University of Asia Library shall be among the leading academic libraries as information resource center and to be a dynamic partner in the university's vision to transform a community of learners as leaders towards a humane society.

Mission

Trinity University of Asia Library supports the academic programs through instruction, collections, technology and services which enable students and faculty to access recorded knowledge and information resources. This support empowers our constituencies to develop the information and technological competencies necessary to achieve their educational, research and professional goals; succeed in the workforce; apply lifelong learning skills; and participate in a diverse society.

  • To provide access to information appropriate to each college discipline, along with needed instruction and support.
  • To enhance organizational structure that anticipates changing information technologies and meets patron/customer needs and expectations.

Find answers to common questions about our library services

To borrow books from the library, students should:

  1. Log in to the TUA Library System using your university credentials.
  2. Search the catalog and select the books you want to borrow.
  3. Reserve the selected items through the system.
  4. Proceed to the library circulation counter with your valid student ID to claim the reserved books; the librarian will process your transaction.

Please claim your reserved items promptly, as reservations are held for a limited time.

Our online catalog can be accessed in several ways:

  • Visit the library website and click on "Catalog"
  • Log in to your student panel and navigate to the Search section
  • You may use computer terminals within library or through online

The catalog allows you to search by title, author, subject, or keyword. You can also check availability and manage your borrowed items.

Student library accounts are automatically created during enrollment. To activate your account:

  1. Visit the library with your student ID
  2. Complete the library orientation (in-person or online)
  3. Set up your password for online access

Our overdue policy is designed to ensure fair access to resources:

  • Circulation books: ₱10.00 for the first day and ₱1.00 for each successding day, including Sundays and holidays
  • Reserved materials: ₱30.00 per day, including Sundays and holidays
  • Filipiniana books: ₱35.00 per day

Fines can be paid at the circulation desk. Unpaid fines may result in a hold on your academic records or borrowing privileges.

Lost or damaged items must be replaced
